Chicago Fire 2-1 FC Dallas
Toyota Stadium (Att 11,947)
23rd May 2012

Oh no, here he goes again

Picture
In my defense, you do make it easy for me. I'll be brief.
Situated a mere 15 miles from Chicago, with no practical way of getting there by public transport, Toyota park is a $100m 20,000 seat stadium with virtually nothing going for it. A lower tier stretching round 3 sides with two small, covered, upper tiers along the sides. The end behind the left goal isn't kidding anyone. Its a stage. However you dress it up, that is there so concerts can be held.
The facilities are basic, crowds sparse (with one away fan) and football very average, unlike the price of the tickets.
If you do have to go, can I suggest getting on a bus organised by the Windy City Wanderers. Well organised and reliable ($20) and leave from a couple of downtown bars. Highlight of the evening.
