Radford 4-1 Arnold Town
Selhurst Road
Att: 76
21/10/14
Normally I'd write a long write up for a place like this, and do a lot of photo's, but there really is no point for this blog. At the game Liam, Scott and I decided that as our local side we will probably pay Radford a number of visits this season. And why not? A friendly club a mere 15 minute walk away. The football on show was decent, and it's at a reasonable price. Pardon the cliche, but this was everything we look for in football. Forget Forest, County and Derby. This is exactly what we want.
So, some photo's to give you an idea of who PDM have 'adopted' as our Notts team, and watch this space as I want some better photo's on what is a quirky little ground. A fair bit of cover, unusual clubhouse and the ground hemmed in on all four sides. As a bonus, Radford went on to be comfortable winners in a game that saw (I think) 3 penalties, with at least one missed.
